My approach
As a therapist, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of tailoring my approach to each individual's unique needs. My therapeutic style combines interpersonal, emotion-focused, relational, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, and emphasizes the importance of empowerment, self-compassion and self-esteem. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where clients can feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable, and explore deep-rooted patterns that may be interfering with daily functioning and relationships. I focus on taking off the band-aid, delving deeper into the root causes of problems to help clients make valuable changes in their lives. Through building a trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients, we work together to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
