I help people break free from the weight of anxiety, burnout, stress, and relationship struggles. My passion lies in empowering individuals, especially women, to shed the guilt, shame, people-pleasing, and perfectionism that hold them back from fully embracing who they are. Whether it’s navigating the intense pressure of a corporate career, carrying the weight of many different roles at once (e.g. parent and/or caregiver, partner, working professional, etc.), or facing the unique challenges of life’s big transitions, I’m here to support you in facing uncertainty and help you build the strength and confidence to flourish. Together, we’ll create the space for growth, clarity, and confidence as you embrace this period of life or step into your next chapter.
Through my practice, I aim to help my clients cultivate self-compassion and self-esteem, which in turn can lead to improved relationships and greater confidence for the future. By taking a compassionate approach towards oneself, we can create a supportive internal dialogue that allows you to overcome obstacles and failures without falling into self-judgment and criticism.
I aim to understand and challenge any negative beliefs clients may have about themselves by exploring where these thoughts came from and why they persist, while also helping to recognize and appreciate unique strengths and self-worth. By acknowledging their worth and abilities, my clients can build a more positive self-image that translates into greater self-confidence and the ability to pursue their goals with renewed vigor.

Providing a comfortable and private space for you
I provide both in-person and telehealth options to best fit your needs. All telehealth appointments will take place online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. In-person appointments take place at my office in the cozy neighborhood of Georgetown, Seattle. Whether in-person or telehealth, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and grounded in our sessions together.
Therapy services in Washington and Colorado
I provide in-person and telehealth options for those who are in the state of Washington. I am also dual-licensed in Colorado and can provide telehealth services for those in Colorado. I accept clients who are physically located in either state.
